Documentary In The Future: Professionals and amateurs celebrate the future of dance – HNB

Season 21/22 marked the 60th anniversary of Dutch National Ballet. We celebrated the occasion with dance groups from all over the Netherlands in the participation project In the Future.

During In the Future, eight non-professional dance groups presented their own choreography in the styles of world dance, Lindy Hop, fusion, modern, Irish dance and Indian dance. In addition, our own Junior Company performed the last part of the ballet In the Future by Hans van Manen. A festive programme with a huge variety of dance styles and at least one common denominator: a passion for the dance of the future!
