Architecture of Hope (performance clip) – Dutch National Ballet

Architecture of Hope is a creation by the Dutch choreographer Wubkje Kuindersma, set to music by the Italian composer Ezio Bosso. The ballet – how appropriate in these times – takes the feeling of hope as its starting point and is an exceptionally challenging work. The choreography is extremely physical, consists of many layers and much tension, and features a number of strong and demanding duets. Architecture of Hope is a co-production of Dutch National Ballet and West Australian Ballet and premiered in Perth, Australia in February 2020.
