Zizipho Ntobongwana, Founder and CEO of Sheba Feminine, is transforming menstrual health in South Africa through sustainable products and education.

Her company creates organic, biodegradable period products and tackles period poverty through initiatives like Pay for a Pal’s Pads and partnerships with schools and NGOs.

Through the Global Citizen and PayPal Small Business Impact Awards, Zizipho received $25,000 to continue shaping a more equitable future for women and girls one cycle at a time.
