President and Co-Founder of Tompkins Conservation Kristine McDivitt Tompkins and H.E. Melvin Bouva, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Suriname announce a $28 million Jaguar Rivers Initiative pledge for reforestation, benefiting people and nature across 250 million hectares of the Paraná River Basin and Pantanal at Global Citizen Festival in New York City on Sept. 27, 2025.
