Indigenous Leaders Unite for the Amazon | Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia 2025
Célia Xakriabá, Federal Deputy for Minas Gerais and Member of the Socialism and Liberty Party (PSOL), and Puyr Tembé, Secretary of State for Indigenous Peoples of Pará, deliver a powerful final call to action for global solidarity with Indigenous communities and the protection of the Amazon. Joined on stage by fellow activists and co-hosts Regina Casé, Mel Fronckowiak, and Isabelle Nogueira, they close the program with an urgent message before introducing Anitta at Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia on November 1, 2025, in Belém, Brazil.
