Just a quick video for you today. I am bringing you up to date on the status of my Dual Robot Arm Controller.

The controller will control two servo-motor-based robot arms. Each arm can have up to eight servo motors. There is also an optional power management board for larger servo motors; it is still in the design phase.

The great news is that this project will be the first one on this channel to have a Printed Circuit Board! We are currently designing one, and in the following video in this series, I’ll show it to you. Of course, I’ll give you the files so that you can have one made too.

Right now, the hardware design for the main board is essentially complete, and I’m running diagnostic tests on it. There’s still a lot of software to write, so I’m enlisting the help of my AI friends to get that done in a timely fashion.

Here is the Table of Contents for today’s video:

00:00 – Introduction
01:31 – ESP32 Dual Robot Arm Controller
06:33 – Look at Perfboard Wiring
09:18 – Test Setup
13:03 – Next Steps
15:14 – Conclusion

The next time you see this project, it will be finished, and I’ll also have a shiny new printed circuit board for you so that you can make one too!

I hope you enjoy the video.
