Max wins Robin Windsor Award
Congratulations to Max McIlvenny, the first-ever recipient of the Robin Windsor Dance Award 🏆
Created in memory of dancer and SANE ambassador Robin Windsor, this award celebrates those who use dance to overcome challenges and support mental wellbeing.
Max, a BRIT School graduate now in his final year at Wilkes Academy, shared how dance has helped him navigate body dysmorphia and support his mental health. His resilience and passion moved our judges, including RAD Artistic Director Alexander Campbell and SANE CEO Marjorie Wallace CBE.
As the winner, Max received £500, career coaching, and a dance class with RAD Artistic Director Alexander Campbell at RAD HQ in London, where he was presented with the award.
