Sopköket Is Turning Food Waste Into Opportunity
Filip Lundin, Founder and CEO of Sopköket, leads a Stockholm-based social enterprise rescuing surplus food, donating thousands of meals, and creating jobs for people from marginalized backgrounds.
Since 2015, Sopköket has rescued over 120 tons of food, donated 80,000 meals, and built partnerships with Spotify, PayPal, and the Red Cross proving that sustainability and profitability can go hand in hand.
As a recipient of the Global Citizen and PayPal Small Business Impact Awards, Filip received $25,000 to expand his model for circular, inclusive business.
