Roadmap to 36 | TRAILER | The Call to End Gender-Based Violence in Nigeria

Next week the full Roadmap to 36 film will be released.

In its Roadmap to 36 Advocacy Campaign, Global Citizen partnered with the Ford Foundation to combat Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). The aim is to realize the importance of the Violence Against Persons Prohibition (VAPP) Act, the role of men as gatekeepers, and the growing burden of unpaid care as a catalyst for gender-based violence in Nigeria.

This case study video highlights the state of gender-based violence in Nigeria with survivors telling their stories, messages of strong support for the landmark Violence Against Persons Prohibition (VAPP) Act from stakeholders, and a call to action for Global Citizens to take action for women and girls rights NOW.

*take action to defend the rights of women and girls Now
*to stand up for women and girls rights Now
